For the safety of our guests, the hotel gate is locked at all times.
Client's guests are accepted at the hotel as long as they are 18 years old or more. For client's safety purpose, these guests must deposit their identification card with the manager on duty uppon arrival at the hotel, they get it back at their departure.
For safety reasons, if a visitor is asking for a guest at the hotel entrance door, the security agent will check with the guest before opening the front door to any visitor.
There is an officer on duty at the Hotel office 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
